Language: Use it or lose it.

"The simple fact is we cannot afford to be careless with our language, because if we are careless with our language then we are careless with our world and sooner or later we will be lost for words to describe what we have allowed to happen to it."

Excerpt from John Humphrys Beyond Words: How Language Reveals the Way We Live Now (Hodder & Stoughton, 2006)

Hear, hear! (or is that here, here?)

Hare hare. I love bunny rabbits.

Does the rest of the book explain how one reveals or constructs care in regards to language? It seems easy to say language is important, but less simple to really produce that care.

Care care.

Are you kidding? I didn't read the whole book. I just read an interview and an excerpt...

I love book jackets. What's MLA citation style for book jackets?

I would recommend citing them as a book because you are pretending you read it. (ha)
But if you're curious, here are the Telegraph articles:
Mind your language - it matters
We will soon be lost for words
And the interview: I was on the verge of becoming an alcoholic
