Those crazy kids again

We did our homework. We studied up. We watched the other four Potter movies in as many days. And then we were ready. We went to see the fifth installment, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix last month. This may be the best yet. Well, the last couple were pretty good too... Anyway, I'm pleased to hear that the director of this one, David Yates, has signed on to do #6 as well and I look forward to it. It's amazing these kids have turned out to be as good as they are. And I credit Yates for really getting the best out of them yet.

The kids keep getting older, although it's not with quite the jolt it was two or three movies ago. And I must say, I'm liking young Mr. Radcliffe's close-cropped 'do in this one. Makes his head look more proportional to his body. (Although what on earth were they thinking doing that dorky barrette thing with poor Hermoine's hair?! They giveth, and they taketh away...)

And we have now also just finished the seventh book.

We may just go into Potter withdrawl...
