B B-day

B has had another one of those birthday things. We enjoyed celebrating with the Mexicans (although I wasn't able to join in on the birthday song). My present for him was getting a photo -- a photo he took himself -- printed and framed.

This cat was one of the resident cats at the Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana. He took this picture when he was in Mexico doing research on Sor Juana in January. I loved the cat. I loved that you could see the UCSJ tag on the cat. I loved the worn Talavera tiles on the wall. B takes some great photos. It is time we got some of them up on the wall.
