The other night, I was looking through recipes for an appetizer to bring to a dinner party. I passed a potential selection over to B to see what he thought.I was thinking it was pretty reasonable, so was surprised when he suddenly laughed.
As a result of one of those funny eye-brain mis-coordinations, he'd read "1 egg yolk" as "1 yak egg."
Those would probably be really big, huh?

Yeah, they're even bigger than ostrich eggs but hard to find in the market.
I should probably keep an eye out for them in Chinatown.
