Sometimes a classified ad tells you much more than what is for sale. (Which reminds me, I should check where 24 Hours on Craigslist is in our queue. I'd heard good things about it.)
Anyway, I hesitate to imagine the story behind this recent entry that appeared on Honolulu Craiglist:

I have a full wedding ring set for sale. The full set is worth $1875 and in excellent condition. The mens ring is 14kt yellow gold with a comfort fit band. Size 9. Purchased for $175. The womans wedding ring is very unique and one of a kind. It is a mix of yellow and white gold to form a "lovers knot". Diamonds are set all across the knot to total 5/8 of a karat. It is a size 7. Purchased for $1000
The engagement ring is also yellow gold with a 1/4 karat diamond set in the middle. This ring is also a size 7. Purchased for $700.
